CIS has been undergoing a physical and digital transformation in the last year. Our Head Office has been renovated in parallel an IT system redesign. Our bespoke training facility boasts two top of the range digital presentation suites utilising secure, cloud-based wireless technology.
Our newly designed Control Room is ergonomically designed with flexible screen arrangements to suit each operator. An adjacent intelligence gathering and media monitoring hub has been added to allow CIS teams to get up to the minute, relevant updates for each of their client premises. The Control facility also includes its own dedicated rest area to ensure our vital monitoring staff can be refreshed and alert on every shift.
We have installed brand new kitchen and breakout areas featuring a number of high-end amenities. This includes complimentary espresso quality coffee, tea, and fresh fruit daily.
Staff are supported remotely with a new web login and multi-platform App which allows easy access to schedules, holiday bookings, company forms and templates, news, initiatives and policies.
Investment in training has long been a priority for CIS. Our award-winning induction training package at CIS Academy is for all new starters and incorporates First Aid and Welcome Host Customer Service Training. In the last year we have developed further courses including Trauma Care and Acid Attack response. Further options including Incident Management, CCTV and Front of House Training. OSHA and BIFM Facilities Management courses and Leadership and Management training are offered also.
Digitised Feedback and analysis from staff, customers and end users has become essential to the development of our services – Our iPad building user feedback gathering App is tailor made for each client. We also collect annual feedback from all stakeholders via email surveys.
CIS have been recognised for outstanding vetting and recruitment practices and we continue to invest in technology and training to ensure consistency of standards.
