Job Role / Requirements:

  • You will be responsible for the management of day to day creation of rosters for onsite staff, utilising the forward planning facilities within the Ez Workforce system.
  • You will also be heavily involved in the planning, scheduling and covering of holidays/courses booked for staff overseen by the Operations Management Team.
  • You will be responsible for responding and organising adequate cover for ad hoc customer orientated tasks as well as being responsible for taking ownership and applying prioritised organisation to your workload in accordance with operational requirements.

Purpose of the Job:

To provide a rapid response service to emergency incidents in accordance with site and operational requirements. To provide a support service to the operational team, clients and site based staff especially during twilight hours, ensuring the high quality of service is delivered to all internal and external customers and our reputation is upheld in the marketplace.

Skill and Attributes:

  • Must have a full valid UK licence for over 3 years.
  • Good Knowledge of London areas is preferable
  • Must be IT Literate. Knowledge of MS office is necessary.
  • Must hold Door Supervisors Licence.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial/ Supervisory role is required.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Reporting directly to the Control Room Manager
  • Provide rapid and safe emergency response service to all site incidents during twilight hours.
  • Carryout routine site visits and conduct Officer assessments as per weekly mobile schedule.
  • Provide accurate and detailed operational reports in relation to any incidents or occurrences that have become apparent during site visits to the operational department.
  • Responsible for taking ownership and organising your workload in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Produce daily activity reports for the operational director.
  • Maintain up to date mileage reports.
  • Ensure regular contact is maintained with Contract Managers/Operations Directors with regard to any occurrences and incidents that have happened during the course of duty.
  • Responsible for dealing with emergency situations when attending emergency call-outs in accordance with site Assignment Instructions.
  • Accountable for attending alarm activation’s and dealing with the situation appropriately as per site Assignment Instructions.
  • During hand over, you will be accountable for providing an accurate and detailed account of all activities that have occurred during your shift.
  • Ensure regular communication between mobile supervisor and the control room is maintained during the shift, for example: between site visits to report your location and highlighting any incidents or findings that have become apparent.
  • Responsible for ensuring mobile vehicles are kept clean and road worthy prior to start of shift and report any damages/maintenance requirements that have become apparent at the end of the shift.
  • All uniforms must be worn at all times and must be maintained in accordance with Company Handbook.
  • All Company personnel are expected to portray a professional image at all times especially when dealing with clients, management and site based staff.
  • You will be expected to carryout additional reasonable duties in accordance with operational requirements. These requirements may include covering sites in the event of a shortfall of available officers.
  • Transport staff to various locations if and when required.
