This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a more inclusive and supportive security industry through initiatives including ISO 30415 Diversity & Inclusion accreditation, BS 30480 Suicide Prevention in the Workplace accreditation, inclusive recruitment pathways, and wellbeing support programmes for our people.
