At CIS Security Limited, we believe in promoting the real Living Wage, one contract at a time, to help drive up standards in the security industry.
With 12.9% of employees still paid below the real Living Wage, we are proud to be a Recognised Service Provider, working with the Living Wage Foundation. We also sit on the Service Provision Action Strand of the Making London a Living Wage City campaign, working to put £635m of wages back into the pockets of low-wage workers in London.
Yesterday’s event at Shakespeare’s Globe was truly inspiring. We heard from many leaders in London’s communities about their experiences of low pay and insecure work and their campaigns for change.
