We are thrilled to share that our colleague Albert George Byfield, West One Shopping Centre, has been named a finalist for the Young Achiever of the Year award at the prestigious Sceptre Awards 2025!
The Sceptre Awards celebrate the very best in UK Retail Destination management, recognising individuals and teams who go above and beyond to make a difference across the industry. Being shortlisted is no small feat. Over the past year, Albert has driven real change by improving safety protocols, streamlining contractor processes, and building a stronger, more responsive site culture.
Albert shares: “I was genuinely honoured when I found out I’d been shortlisted. I believe it comes down to integrity, initiative, and adaptability. You need to care about the details, be willing to speak up when something’s not right, and stay proactive in a constantly evolving environment. A great young achiever doesn’t just follow procedures; they improve them and help bring others along with them.”
