The 2020 coronavirus pandemic has shown us that the mode of doing business has changed, the way of schooling has changed and so have the ways of interacting with people and communicating.
We have swiftly adapted to home working, to staggering shifts, to Zoom calls, to online training sessions and even to elbow bumps. But one thing that has not changed though, and that is the resilience and commitment of our teams – from Managers, to Supervisors, to Officers to Receptionists supported by our back office teams. Our own personal heroes have been at the frontline from Day 1 without dropping a shift and always there to help.
We will get through this. But what matters most is how we get there.
