We consistently encourage more females to join the security industry, whether in front line, middle, or senior management positions, including cybersecurity, risk analysis, and project management.
We value equality of opportunity and, in particular, ensure women are treated equally in terms of pay, career enhancement and wellbeing.
45% of CIS’s Board of Directors are female. We successfully promoted 16% females in July, and the average percentage of females in the security industry is between 9% and 12%.
