London Bridge City Operational Resilience and Emergency Preparedness

London Bridge City has launched the first of three tabletop exercises as part of its Operational Resilience and Emergency Preparedness Initiative, bringing together key partners to test plans, strengthen decision-making and enhance collective response to emerging threats.

Last week’s exercise was facilitated by PC Ian Brosnan and the City of London Police Cyber Griffin team. The interactive workshop provided an opportunity for representatives from MAPP, CIS Security and Team London Bridge BID to work through a realistic scenario.

This session marked the first stage in a wider programme of exercises designed to support the continued development of crisis management capabilities, ensuring teams are equipped to respond effectively in an ever-evolving risk landscape.

Head of Security at London Bridge City, John REYNOLDS MSyl, shares: ” My thanks to the continued support of City of London Police and their Cyber Griffin team. Exercises like this are key to ensuring we are prepared and able to implement an effective response to the variety of threats we face. Our training and testing continues with further exercises planned. I am grateful for the support of MAPP and colleagues at CIS Security as we continue to ensure the safety of all those who work, visit and enjoy the space at London Bridge City.”

We look forward to the coming months as we work together to build an even more resilient London Bridge City.
