We are so proud to share that we have won the Outstanding Training Initiative at the Workplace Violence Reduction Awards (WVRAs) 2026.
These awards highlight the organisations making a meaningful difference in creating safer, more respectful workplaces. This recognition is an honour and it reflects the commitment of our teams to build awareness, challenge behaviours, and support colleagues facing difficult and often hidden issues.
Our People and Culture Director, Tracy Plant – Chartered Fellow (FCIPD), shares, “Being recognised for this initiative reinforces our responsibility as leaders. We are proud to invest in training that drives real awareness, courage and accountability around sexual harassment and domestic abuse. Everyone should feel safe, heard and supported at work”.
We know there is always more to do, but this is an important step forward in supporting our workforce and raising the standard across our industry.
