Our incredible Payroll & Benefits team have launched a Roadshow, a comprehensive one-year plan to visit every contract site across the business and connect directly with colleagues on the ground.
This initiative is all about putting a face to payroll, answering questions, gathering feedback, and ensuring everyone feels informed and supported when it comes to pay, pensions and benefits.
The roadshow kicked off in December 2025, and we are proud to share that the team has already completed 48 site visits.
The feedback so far has been overwhelming positive with colleagues valuing the opportunity to have open conversations.
