Today we are honoured to shine a light on Aga Pietruszewska, Security Manager at The Broadway.
Over a decade ago, Aga sat in a room completing her SIA licence as the only woman there.
Today she leads and empowers a large team with confidence, compassion and unwavering standards. What stands out most about Aga is the pride she has in her team. She supports them, champions them and sees them as family. Her journey is a powerful reminder that leadership is built through courage and consistency.
