In the lead up to International Women’s Day 2026, and in recognition of this year’s theme GiveToGain focusing on generosity and meaningful inclusion, we are celebrating the outstanding women across CIS Security.
Today we are honoured to spotlight Joyce Allison, Security Officer at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.
With 13 years in security, Joyce has often found herself as the only woman on her team, but throughout her career, she has formed strong relationships with everyone she’s worked alongside. She is a ray of sunshine and someone who consistently goes above and beyond, in her role and for the people around her.
She is one of those incredible people who step in when most would step away.
