We are thrilled to announce that our Front of House team member, Gitana Juskauskiene, has been selected as a finalist for the Receptionist of the Year award at the prestigious Corporate Guest Services Awards 2025!
This award celebrates exceptional individuals who demonstrate excellence, innovation, and dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences — qualities Gitana embodies every single day.
This is a huge milestone, not only for Gitana but also for CIS, as this marks the first time our FOH team has taken part in this competition.
Gitana Juskauskiene states; “It honestly means everything. To be the first from CIS FOH to be recognised like this is not only a personal honour, but a win for the whole team. We work so hard to deliver exceptional service, often going above and beyond without expecting the spotlight. So to represent that standard—and hopefully pave the way for others to be recognised in future—is something I’m really proud of. It’s a celebration of the whole team’s dedication and what we stand for.”
